CNC Turning
Our turning department handles complex cylindrical components for wellhead, downhole, and subsea applications. We run multiple shifts to meet tight delivery schedules without sacrificing quality.
Equipment: Multiple Doosan Puma 800 CNC Lathes, Multiple Doosan Puma 480 CNC Lathes. We handle parts up to 36" in diameter and 40" in length, with tolerances as tight as .001".
CNC Milling
Our milling department produces complex prismatic parts, from flanges and crosses to custom testing fixtures. Horizontal machining centers with pallet changers allow maximum throughput on production runs.
Equipment: Multiple Haas EC-1600 Horizontal Machining Centers and Multiple Haas VF-5 Vertical Machining Centers. Large-envelope machining for oversized workpieces, with tolerances as tight as .001".
Non-Destructive Testing
We perform critical NDT inspections in-house, eliminating the delays and costs of outsourcing. Our two Level II certified inspectors ensure every part meets your specifications and industry standards before it leaves our facility.
Testing capabilities include Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), Rockwell Hardness Testing, and Brinell Hardness Testing.
Material Handling & Storage
Our facility is built to handle the heavy, oversized components typical in oil and gas manufacturing. Two 5-ton overhead cranes and one 10-ton overhead crane provide full coverage across the shop floor. We maintain 15,000 sq. ft. of dedicated storage for raw materials and finished products.
